Please note that Vietnam customs have implemented a new regulation that states that all Bills of Lading must show the HS Code following the description and consignee’s tax ID. Please ensure we receive this information when submitting your Forwarding Instruction.
If the above information is not included on the Bill of Lading, cargo may face delays at transhipment port.

The Australian Government ratified the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP-11), with the agreement coming into effect 30th December 2018.
The introduction of TPP-11 means Australia expands its reach of countries with which we have free trade agreements in place, most notably adding Canada and Mexico. The agreement runs in conjunction with other free trade agreements already have in place with Japan, New Zealand and Singapore with more to follow shortly.

Discussions between DAWR and CBFCA have resulted in a list of Emerging Risk Countries being issued as follows:
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey and Serbia
